[seqfan] %I entries now have a timestamp?

Hi all,

Since very recently, the %I ("identification") entry in the OEIS internal
format contains a comment that is a timestamp, see for example:

https://oeis.org/A000001/internal

Is this intentional?

If yes, is it documented somewhere what the timestamp means?
