Google's indexing of the OEIS

Dear Seqfans,
Do any of you understand about "META" lines?

The reason that i ask is that Karol Penson noticed
that Google does not completely index the OEIS.
E.g. there are many places where his name appears in the OEIS,
but apparently Google only knows about a few of them.

Now the way Google sees the OEIS is through the 101 large text files
with names like  eisBTfry00013.txt   (see the Welcome page)

It occurred to me that maybe there should be better headers
- META lines, maybe? - on these files,
that would make it easier for Google to see them ?
