To my surprise, Joe Crump contacted me earlier today. I remember some
people were seeking for him and/or his number theory website. Now it
is located at:

http://www.immortaltheory.com/NumberTheory/

Joe's current email address can be found there as well.

As of OEIS, the links to his old website should be replaced with new links.
Namely, the string
"http://www.spacefire.com/numbertheory/"
has to be replaced with
"http://www.immortaltheory.com/NumberTheory/"
throughout the database.

Search for "http://www.spacefire.com/numbertheory/" returns 11 hits:
