[seqfan] GCD vs. gcd in the OEIS

Last year Peter Luschny raised the issue of when and when not to capitalize
the abbreviation for greatest common divisor on the Talk page for the Style
Sheet <http://oeis.org/wiki/Style_Sheet>, which, as of today, still has no
guidance on the matter. Some new sequences have been added to the OEIS that
may be inconsistently formatted in regards to this, and there might be some
older ones that could use adjustment.

Peter has made a very sensible proposal to amend the Style Sheet, and, if
there are no objections, I think we should go ahead and put it in there.
