Attempting to reproduce A265182, I get a rather different result:

OEIS: 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 3, 3, 5, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 0, 5, 0, 0,
1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 5, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0, 5

Mine: 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 3, 3, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 0, 5, 0, 0,
1, 1, 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 5, 0, 0, 0, 0, 1, 0, 0, 1, 0, 5

 

For n=12 the substrings are 1,2,12 and the products  1*1=1,  1*2=2, 2*1=2,
1*12=12,             12*1=12.

And similarly for n=13: substrings 1,3,13, products  1*1=1,  1*3=3,  3*1=3n
1*13=13,             13*1=13.

So I find a(13)=5, not 3.

 

And for n=25: substrings 2,5,25, product 5*5=25. 

So I find a(25)=1, not 0.

Similar situation for n=36.

 

Am I missing something here?
