I came across a short note, in hard copy, written by Bjorn Poonen, entitle "More on Kevin Brown's enumeration problem". As far as I can see, it isn't published anywhere. In it he proves some of the conjectural formulas in the note by Hugh Montgomery linked in the OEIS page. If I can't come up with a soft-copy I'll have it scanned. Victor Miller
