If you want to avoid Stirling's formula you can find here some other
helpful formulas which give you this consequence:

And then you might want to find out how good this approximation
to A000207(n+1)/A000207(n) is:

U := proc(n) 4 - (10/n)*(1-(3/n)*(1-(3/n)*(1-(3/n))*(1-(3/n))
*(1-(3/n))*(1-(3/n))*(1-(3/n)))) end;
