[seqfan] Table Matches "Connected Relations"

A hard to compute table that matches a lot of existing series, mostly labelled 
connected relations

Take a (n+1)X(k+1) binary array.
Form an nXk 0..4 array from the sums of each 2X2 subblock
How many of the nXk arrays are there?
