Neil, you are right. It is my fault, I not understood right
Peter's last message. I left in DATA only those terms
which were calculated by Peter directly using a recursion 
for the polynomials. My problem of the investigation of this 
sequence still remains.
Concerning another sequence (A263848), Peter just has
created b-file with 300 first rows of the irregular triangle.

In the draft of A264613 it says "appears to" split. Does that mean that the
generating function is just a conjecture? If so that should be stated.
Which terms are conjectured and which are known to be correct?
